Payment/Insurance
Treatment may be paid for with private funds or through insurance.
Looking for a treatment center that will suit your financial needs can be a very frustrating part of finding treatment–don’t worry, we will help you through the entire process. In fact, we’ll do all the work for you.
It is our experience that many health insurance plans provide for treatment for substance abuse. Our counselors are experienced in talking with your insurance company in order to gain the best chance of residential treatment being paid for. Therefore, we have found that it is best to let us coordinate the coverage with your insurance representative. We’ll be your advocate in getting quality, effective treatment though your insurance plan.
Please keep in mind that benefits may be dependent upon the acuity of the patient, his or her progress while in treatment, and the relationship the treatment center has with the particular carrier. After we speak with the insurance carrier, the treatment center will verify the benefits and they will be able to tell you exactly what the personal responsibility is.
For those people without insurance or private funds, there are facilities funded by state and federal agencies. The fees for these facilities generally follow a sliding scale. A very good resource to find these facilities is www.samhsa.gov.
